Fermentation in steel.
Aromatic intensity in the nose. I remember bush flowers, ripe fruit, herbs among others. In the mouth: quick and delicious step with a sweet aftertaste.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Ull de Llebre i 25% Merlot.
Fermentation in steel, 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Wine aged in wood where the aromas of smoke and leather stand out, also of ripe fruit. In the mouth round, persistent and greedy.
Three bottles of 750ml wine + a bottle of Xic's Cal Borrech mountain oil of 500ml

Night wine tourism experience. It consists of a guided tour of the estates + tasting of the 5 wines. During the wine tourism experience a snack is offered. Immediately afterwards, at the end of the explanations, the staff of the Àger Observatory carry out their activities. All this is done within the estates. (dates to consult)
