Young and fresh wine. Pleasant aromas on the nose: red fruit, dried earth and stems, among others. In the mouth round step and warm finish.
The name was chosen to pay homage to the great-grandfather who acted as hauler. In Cal Borrech, the heads that were put on the machetes when they made the trip to the mountains are still preserved.
In itself, the entire label reflects the decoration of the beasts that carried the wine. The bells on the heads to announce the imminent arrival of the hauler in the village.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Ull de Llebre i 25% Merlot.

It is a youthful and full of energy wine for all audiences. It is different because it has a point of friction and at the same time the aging done in the bottle gives it more character

Night wine tourism experience. It consists of a guided tour of the estates + tasting of the 5 wines. During the wine tourism experience a snack is offered. Immediately afterwards, at the end of the explanations, the staff of the Àger Observatory carry out their activities. All this is done within the estates. (dates to consult)
