Fermentation in steel.
Characteristics:
Young and fresh wine. Pleasant aromas on the nose: red fruit, dried earth and stems, among others. In the mouth round step and warm finish.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Ull de Llebre i 25% Merlot.
Fermentation in steel, 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Wine aged in wood where the aromas of smoke and leather stand out, also of ripe fruit. In the mouth round, persistent and greedy.
The name was chosen when the Geopark Project nomination was being worked on from the territory.
Its technical definition would be: Extinct genus of foraminifera that have a spherical or elliptical shape, are formed by chambers that are subdivided transversely into chambers.
In the vineyard we find many remains of this small fossil.
